I had an wonderful experience at Tirana Eye Clinic. My mother,Alketa Alikaj, needed cataract surgery, and her case was quite complicated. However, Dr. Albert Lula handled it with incredible professionalism and expertise. He really put our minds at ease, and the results were fantastic. We couldn’t be more grateful for his care and skill.
I also want to give a special shoutout to the amazing staff, especially Dr. Blerim Arapi, the Head of Anesthesia at Hygeia Hospital. He went above and beyond to ensure that the surgery went smoothly, and his calming presence made all the difference. His attention to detail and care were truly exceptional, and we felt completely supported throughout the entire process.
Overall, the clinic was excellent. The staff was friendly, caring, and the surgery went really well. My mother is recovering well, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

As an American foreigner, I’m beyond well pleased to have discovered such a sophisticated as well as beautifully appointed Eye Clinic and so grateful to have met the most knowledgeable Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon par excellence, Dr. Albert Lula (practicing both in Tirana and London, U.K.). The clinic is supported by a great team! Britney was swift in responding to my inquiry via Google chat, promptly followed up with a phone call, scheduled an appointment at my convenience with confirmation via WhatsApp per my request. On the day of my appointment she even came out of the building to greet me, offered me an espresso when we reached the clinic with plenty of smiles as well as professionalism! I was also in awe of the design of Dr. Lula’s office as well as the ultra high tech innovative optical machines & equipments. Tirana Eye Clinic to wrap it up is simply…Impressive!!

I was happy to find this eye clinic as a referral from my Pharmacist. As an American traveling, I did not know exactly where to turn for medical attention, and luckily, I found the Tirana Eye Clinic. To treat a chalazia condition that required surgery, I was in excellent hands with Dr. Albert Lula, Brittany and his nurse team, as well as the entire administration staff. Everyone was so welcoming, and instilled the utmost confidence in their abilities to take care of my routine procedure. The office is new, extremely clean, and beautiful. Dr. Lula's approach is consultative, educational, and sensitive to concerns and long term repercussions. Fantastic eye clinic. My boyfriend and I came for eye exams and glasses. The doctor was very friendly, thorough and precise. He answered all of our questions. The staff was also very nice and everyone spoke great English! We both love our glasses and highly recommend this clinic!

When I started experiencing trouble in one of my eyes I was recommended Tirana Eye Clinic by a friend and colleague. Unable to visit in person however, Dr. Rezi was extremely accommodating with an online consultation. Friendly and professional, she was able to see (no pun intended) the problem and immediately recommend a course of action. The only downside is not seeing the beautiful clinic in person but would highly recommend to those who need to.

Both of my parents are being monitored for eye problems at this clinic. Tirana Eye Clinic is the best clinic we have found for our parents living in Tirana. I suggest to everyone, this clinic with the highest standards in Albania.

Fatmiresisht na u rekomendua klinika juaj, ku ajo iu nenshtrua nje nderhyrje dhe qe prek asaj dite eshte pa asnje shqetesim. Ja u rekomendoj te gjitheve, te cilet kane nevoje per nje trajtim sipas guideline-ve europiane aktual. Had an emergency problem while on holiday in Tirana - Dr Lula saw me urgently and diagnosed and treated my severe corneal abrasion. Also he stayed in touch on WhatsApp over next few days adjusting treatment and I made a complete recovery.
